sundays.... day 7... well of course the only thing i ever eat for breakfast anymore is eggs, and sometimes a grapefruit.... but its fine i love grapefruit.. sad though they are really not in season right now, so they arent that great....
however yesterday we went swimming for a few hours.. that was my exercises... i like to switch things up for lunch i only ate some grapes. we were out on the boat.. it was just too hot to actually eat. so i just ate some red grapes...
on this diet make sure you are drinking plenty of water... i learned my lesson.. also if you dont like yogurt get some probiotic pills.. my boyfriend takes them in place of his yogurt .
for dinner we also eat with the parents.. so while all of them ate spaghetti we ate grilled chicken and steamed veggies .. and i drooled as i watched them eat their garlic bread.. (ow how i miss bread) .. and i also drooled as i watched them eat their dessert of some kind of cake... but i did it.. i made it through..
tonight.. means running.... and for dinner... applebees.. they have a great weight watchers menu of a lot of different types of salad. my fav the paradise salad.. it has the bed of greens, apples, mandarin oranges and blackened chicken.. with a side of balsamic dressing.. love it.. but if your getting bored with your everyday salads.. check out applebees...
