hiking and chicken..

so.. this is my 6th day on the first cycle.. this morning for breakfast i had 2 scrambled eggs, (i added pepper and dill weed) green tea and a half of a grapefruit.  for me thats not exactly that filling and i am having to learn to act like im full...i actually didnt eat any lunch. its been so hot out, just no desire..  i went hiking in our nature preserve today.. that was my exercises for the day.. however i am a bartender so i am constantly going at night as well..for dinner i have cooked a whole skinless chicken in a crock pot. added a cup of water, lots of carrots, broccoli, and some celery.. along with lots of spices, fresh Rosemary, pepper, garlic and much more.. its still cooking hopefully its good. a tip for today i decided was not to weigh myself everyday. maybe every 3. it just makes me sad.. i apparently loose weight slow compared to the 2 guys im doing this diet with.. who have lost up to 5 lbs already. ive lost 2..( but still 2 lbs in 6 days...awesome) i know im not a bloated... (pop does that to me)

i feel better i will say.. no bad toxins. my pee is super clear.( just what you want to hear right) hiking was a good choice for me today.. i got my heart rate up, the only problem i run into is when i bartend at night, everyone is like want me to buy you a drink or whatever... im good ive said no every time.. i dont even feel like it.. i just feel bad telling them no.... haha...  hoep everyone is  keeping up the good work,. and i know chicken gets old.. but try new spices.....

Who doesn't like dieting

So I've been o the 17 day diet... This is my 5th day on the first cycle.I've decided to track my weight loss, tips, recipes and more so other people interested in this diet can have.. Everyone works better with a little help, or a push... When I started this diet I was 160... And of course my boyfriend and other guy friend have ls more than me.. But day 5 I've lost 2lbs. I've ate a ton of salad, a ton of chicken... Check back often for updates... I'll try tp post my meals daily and activity daily...
